Journey Through Rupture to Rapture

Greetings, Good news, you are not alone, we all have rupture. The important part is the choice of moving through our rupture to find our rapture. Do you feel stuck, disconnected from those closest to you? Are you lost in grief, unable to access your emotions? Does the numb space feel a little too comfortable? Do you have loss of interest, fatigue, career burnout? Emotions present themselves as aggressive, depressed or angry? Struggling with childhood trauma, self confidence, personal worth or image? The list goes on and on. Sad fact, most of us have experienced or continue to experience these feelings. That's why I have created my Journey Through Rupture to Rapture class. This is a two hour guided session comprised of self care, healing methods and release techniques created specifically for trauma elimination.
